Winter is for "off season training"

Pitching and Hitting lessons are crucial from now until the High School softball season starts.  So get your lessons booked!  Remember in Iowa the pitching mound will go back to 43 feet.  Be prepared - train for this change as a hitter and as pitchers.

Sue Enquist former UCLA Head Coach
Last fall (Sept. 2009) Sue Enquist came to Iowa for the first time in her 30 year career.  She
came to the I-Club Fall League and performed an
outstanding hitting clinic.  We had over 200 players there taking advantage of 
this learning opportunity.  Sue is one of the top hitting instructors in the World.
